Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Nomad Library ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Service Description

Nomad Library provides digital content and resources related to digital nomad lifestyles, remote work, and career and life design, including but not limited to case studies, interview-based articles, newsletters, and subscription-based membership content. Our services are delivered through our website and email newsletter platform, and are priced in USD unless otherwise specified.


2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Services and Refund Policy

Our services include both free content and paid membership subscriptions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 a) Payment and Billing

- All payments are processed in USD

- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period

- One-time purchases are charged immediately upon confirmation

 b) Refund Policy for Digital Membership and Content

- Paid memberships: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the member has not accessed paid content within the membership area

- Accessed paid content: Non-refundable once the membership area or any paid article has been accessed

- Subscription services: No partial refunds for the current billing period

 c) Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email your refund request to mail@nomad-library.com

2. Include your order number and proof of purchase

3. State your reason for the refund request

4. Confirm that you have not accessed any paid content within the membership area

 d) Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

 e) Dispute Resolution Process

 i. Refund Eligibility

- Paid memberships are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no paid content has been accessed

- Accessed content and active subscription periods are non-refundable

 ii. Dispute Submission

- All disputes must first go through our support system via email

- We maintain access logs for membership content

- We reserve the right to decline refunds where terms have been violated

- Payment processor disputes will be responded to with relevant access records

 iii. Resolution Timeline

- Initial response within 5 business days

- Comprehensive resolution within 5~7 business days

- All decisions are final after the review process

 iv. Evidence Requirements

To process a dispute, you must provide:

- Proof of purchase

- Confirmation of non-access to paid content

- Any relevant communication history

 f) Regional Specific Refund Rights

European Union (EU) Customers:

- EU customers benefit from a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services and products as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

- This withdrawal period begins from the day the purchase contract is concluded.

- To exercise this right, customers must notify us before the 14-day period expires.

- However, by accessing any paid digital content within our membership area, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

United Kingdom (UK) Customers:

- UK customers benefit from a 14-day statutory right to cancel for digital services and products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

- Similar to EU regulations, this right is forfeited once digital content has been accessed with your prior express consent.

Hong Kong and Taiwan Residents:

- We strive to comply with applicable consumer protection regulations in Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan where relevant to our services.

Other Jurisdictions:

- Customers from other regions may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by our Terms.

- Where local consumer protection laws provide stronger protections than our standard policy, those local laws will prevail.

- We will honor all mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

You agree not to:
